- Printed Notes
- If the office sends printed communication home, those notes will be placed behind the "communication" tab in the accordian folder. Please make sure to check nightly and remove any notes that appear there. If something needs to be signed and returned, please just replace it behind that tab.
- Email
- Each month, we will try to send out an email that will include any important reminders/instructions for activities that will be occurring that month as well as "happening this month" blurb from each of the core classes.
- Teachers will send individual emails to parents as needed. If you haven't filled in the information sheet, so we can get an updated email, please go to the link above.

- Call the office during conference time. The number to call is 817-303-1553. If you call during the following times, the office will put you through to the classroom.

- Notes
- Send a note with the student on the 9 week behavior calendar in the planner. There is a spot each week where a tiny note can be written, or you are welcome to send a handwritten copy with your child.

- Send an email to the teacher. Email is a bit safer than a handwritten note. Teachers can be reached at the following email addresses. Please remember that our conference times are in the morning or the end of the day, we try to check email as the day goes on, but it may be up to 24 hours before you hear a response from us. Please be patient.
